As­sume a push-up po­si­tion, your feet in front of a wall; do 10 burpees and a wall crawl. Then do 9 burpees and a wall crawl, then 8 burpees and a wall crawl, and so on un­til you’re down to 1 burpee and a wall crawl. Then suck wind.
