They do Week­ender Camps (2 to 3 days) and En­duro Camps (4 to 5 days) – with both you'll be do­ing: 20 to 40km daily; race prep and nutri­tion ses­sions; sports mas­sages; core and mo­bil­ity classes; gear test­ing; and tech­nique work­shops with a pro. DIY DRILL Stand bare­foot on one foot for 30-sec­ond in­ter­vals daily. Work up to the balls of your feet, heels el­e­vated.
