Sautéed Chicken with Kim­chi

What You’ll Need 1 Tbsp olive oil 2 gar­lic cloves, minced ¼ medium onion, diced 1 thumb-size piece of gin­ger, peeled and minced 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced 2 bone­less, skin­less chicken thighs, cubed 1 cup store-bought kim­chi ⅓ cup white rice, cooked Se­same seeds and nori

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. In a large non­stick pan, heat the olive oil on medium. Add the gar­lic, onion, gin­ger, jalapeño, and chicken. Cook un­til the thighs are al­most cooked through, about 5 min­utes.

2. Add the kim­chi and sim­mer un­til the sauce thick­ens and the chicken is cooked through and glazed, about 5 min­utes.

3. Serve the chicken mix­ture over the rice and top with se­same seeds and nori. Serves 1
