Blue­berry Ba­nana Pan­cakes

1. Cook Or­gran pan­cake mix per di­rec­tions. (Blend or whisk 1 cup mix with 1 cup cold wa­ter; don’t overblend. For best re­sults, use the bat­ter within 15 min­utes.) Stir in ½ cup frozen blue­ber­ries.

2. To a lightly oiled pan (or solid stove plate) on medium heat, add ¼ cup bat­ter per pan­cake. When bub­bles ap­pear, about 1 minute, flip and cook un­til the un­der­sides are golden brown, an­other 30 sec­onds or so.

3. Plate with chopped wal­nuts and sliced ba­nana. Serve with Ter­bodore

cof­fee. Makes six 7cm flap­jacks.
