Man turns him­self in af­ter bru­tal mur­der

A 25-y­e­ar-old man ap­pea­red in court t­his week fol­lo­wing the mur­der of a 23-y­e­ar-old man in the I­zinyo­ka sett­le­ment.

The mur­der sus­pect tur­ned him­self in at the Da Ga­mas­kop po­li­ce s­ta­ti­on.

Ac­cor­ding to in­for­ma­ti­on from the po­li­ce, the de­ce­a­sed Zi­ki­sa N­gu­bo at­tac­ked and stab­bed the man, now accu­sed of his mur­der, with a kni­fe e­ar­lier on Sun­day, 24 Sep­tem­ber. Af­ter the al­ter­ca­ti­on, the mur­der sus­pect ac­cor­ding to the po­li­ce, fe­t­ched a kni­fe from his ho­me. Af­ter see­king out and fin­ding N­gu­bo playing vi­deo ga­mes at a friend's ho­me, the mur­der sus­pect stab­bed his victim three ti­mes, which in­clu­ded a wound to the chest.

N­gu­bo died at the sce­ne. The mur­der sus­pect, af­ter being con­vin­ced by his brot­her, tur­ned him­self in and al­so con­fes­sed to the c­ri­me com­mit­ted u­pon ar­ri­ving at the po­li­ce s­ta­ti­on.

He ap­pea­red in the Mos­sel Bay ma­gi­stra­te's court on Wed­nes­day.

The ca­se is being in­ves­ti­ga­ted by Wo A S­to­kes of the Da Ga­mas­kop po­li­ce.
