SHEWOKE UP TO FIND PETER BUSY TOUCHING HER PRIVATE PARTS

ON SCREEN, former Rhythm City actor, Peter Sephuma's character, Miles Vilakazi, was always dealing with infidelity problems. But it seems drama has followed the veteran actor off screen as he was arrested for alleged sexual assault. However, this was not the first time the actor was arrested for assault.

THE INCIDENT

According to a police statement, which Move! has seen, the alleged incident took place when the alleged victim, Mandisa Mkhize, joined the actor and his girlfriend, Harriet, to watch a stage play at the Market Theatre in Joburg.

Mandisa said when the show ended, they went back to Peter and Harriet’s place and that’s where her alleged terrifying ordeal started.

“The victim alleged that she was with her friend Harriet and her boyfriend Peter Sephuma and they went to the Market Theatre to watch a play.”

“She said they had a few drinks and later drove to their place. On the way there, she fell asleep and woke up to find Peter busy touching her private parts,” further read the statement.

HER NIGHMARE CONTINUES

Little did she know that was just the beginning of her nightmare as she told police that she drove back home, but Peter followed her.

“He asked to use her bathroom and she allowed him to get inside the house,” the statement went on to say.

Once inside her home, the actor allegedly continued with his behaviour and even told Mandisa that he didn’t want to rape her, but she claims he forcefully took off her tights.

According to her statement, the only reason the actor couldn’t finish what he started was that he did not have a condom with him.

He then allegedly showed off his manhood, boasting to Mandisa that he can have any woman he wants.

He was allegedly arrested for sexual assault, but released the following day after a senior prosecutor at the Randburg Magistrate's Court declined to prosecute him due to a lack of incriminating evidence.

NOT HIS FIRST TIME

A few years ago, Peter was involved in another court case after he allegedly strangled his sister and girlfriend.

A warrant for his arrest was later issued after he failed to appear in court. According to reports, Peter was in his bedroom with his girlfriend when his sister heard screams coming from the bedroom.

She went into the bedroom only to find him choking his girlfriend. When she tried to remove him, he turned and choked her too.

At the time, he was quoted as saying, “I had an altercation with my sister and it ended physical. It was a mistake and I apologised to my sister. The family is coming to solve the matter.”
