The on­line travel space is in­creas­ingly pop­ping up glob­ally, where travel prod­uct sales are be­ing boosted by the devel­op­ment of new tech­nol­ogy and di­verse busi­ness mod­els across var­i­ous mar­kets. Travel into Africa for busi­ness and leisure is on the rise, with 39 mil­lion in­bound trips ex­pected an­nu­ally in Africa by 2020 and since Africa of­fers cheaper travel des­ti­na­tions, pos­i­tive growth has been fore­cast from 2017 to 2021 over­all.

in a ground-break­ing devel­op­ment, ris­ing Pan-African me­dia plat­form, No­mad Africa, had just in­tro­duced a newly de­vel­oped on­line ra­dio chan­nel called No­madRa­dio. This is in ad­di­tion to the al­ready well re­ceived print and dig­i­tal plat­forms. No­madRa­dio - a pod­cast broad­cast plat­form, is de­signed to ed­u­cate, in­form, en­ter­tain and above all, show­case Africa’s cul­ture and its unique of­fer­ings to the world.

The No­mad Africa pro­ject is an ini­tia­tive born from a pas­sion­ate de­sire to dis­pel the neg­a­tive per­cep­tions, which the world has held of the African con­ti­nent, and to re­place it with a pos­i­tive fo­cus. It aims to foster a strong in­ter­est in the con­ti­nent's cul­tural her­itage, unique tourist at­trac­tions and count­less busi­ness devel­op­ment and in­vest­ment op­por­tu­ni­ties, with the mil­lions of peo­ple liv­ing in, in­ves­ti­gat­ing- or visit­ing Africa. Un­veil­ing the new pod­cast broad­cast plat­form adds to the over­all ac­ces­si­bil­ity of the 360 de­gree me­dia house’s ser­vices and prod­ucts to busi­nesses in Africa. “We con­tinue to set high stan­dards with se­lec­tive me­dia and com­mu­ni­ca­tion so­lu­tions that will set us apart from the rest.
