This in­di­cates that liq­uid fuel rather than solid is be­ing used. Although liq­uid fuel re­quires rel­a­tively heavy pump­ing sys­tems, it tends to be bet­ter at lift­ing mass. And, with fewer stages, there is less po­ten­tial for com­pli­ca­tions.
