Bean Curry

8 tbs oil

1 x medium onion (finely chopped)

5 tbs x Chilli Kad­hai Curry Paste

500g beans (boiled)

2 po­ta­toes peeled and chopped into quar­ters salt

Fry onion in oil for 7-8 min­utes. Add curry paste, tomato and salt and al­low, to cook for a few min­utes.

Add po­ta­toes and ½ cup wa­ter, cook for 10 mins.

Then add boiled beans and cook un­til po­ta­toes and beans are soft. Gar­nish with dha­nia.

Serves 5-6.
