8 tbs oil
1 x medium onion (finely chopped)
5 tbs x Chilli Kadhai Curry Paste
500g beans (boiled)
2 potatoes peeled and chopped into quarters salt
Fry onion in oil for 7-8 minutes. Add curry paste, tomato and salt and allow, to cook for a few minutes.
Add potatoes and ½ cup water, cook for 10 mins.
Then add boiled beans and cook until potatoes and beans are soft. Garnish with dhania.
