Soya Prawn Schwarmas
1 medium onion, chopped
5 tbs oil
3 tbs Chilli Kadhai Curry Paste green chilli (optional) 1 tray mushrooms, sliced 1 pepper robot – red, yellow and green, diced 1 packet soya prawn 150g tomato purée pita bread
Sauté onion in the oil for 7 to 8 minutes, then stir in curry paste and chilli.
Add mushrooms. Allow the water to evaporate before adding the chopped peppers as they are better with a little bit of bite. Add the soya prawn goes in.
Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add tomato purée and salt to taste. Allow to cook for a few minutes, before filling into toasted pita bread. Garnish with coleslaw.
