Soya Prawn Sch­war­mas

1 medium onion, chopped

5 tbs oil

3 tbs Chilli Kad­hai Curry Paste green chilli (op­tional) 1 tray mush­rooms, sliced 1 pep­per ro­bot – red, yel­low and green, diced 1 packet soya prawn 150g tomato purée pita bread

Sauté onion in the oil for 7 to 8 min­utes, then stir in curry paste and chilli.

Add mush­rooms. Al­low the wa­ter to evap­o­rate be­fore adding the chopped pep­pers as they are bet­ter with a lit­tle bit of bite. Add the soya prawn goes in.

Stir fry for 2 min­utes.

Add tomato purée and salt to taste. Al­low to cook for a few min­utes, be­fore fill­ing into toasted pita bread. Gar­nish with coleslaw.

Serves 3-4.
