Wash the radishes, do not peel but shave them (best on a Man­dolin). Use a potato peeler to shave the cele­riac and pecorino. Put the cele­riac and pecorino along with the pome­gran­ate seeds and pars­ley into a bowl and mix well. Dress lightly.

Serve in hap­haz­ard man­ner cre­at­ing piles on in­di­vid­ual plates or in a bowl to share.
