Road Trip - - STOPS ROAD -

Unique to the small vil­lage of Roossenekal in Mpumalanga, the Yel­low Arum Lily draws crowds to this oth­er­wise quiet dor­pie for the an­nual Yel­low Arum Lily Fes­ti­val, tak­ing place from 24 to 26 Novem­ber 2017. It is the per­fect ex­cuse to take a road trip and ex­plore the town while si­mul­ta­ne­ously en­joy­ing the var­i­ous acts which will be per­formed dur­ing the fes­ti­val, in­clud­ing the likes of the Tal­ented Hans Drommedaris, Sym­phony Duo, Diron Mini Cir­cus, and Char­lie Nash, as well as church choirs from lo­cal churches. The more ac­tive road trip­pers can reg­is­ter for ei­ther the 5 km, 15 km, 30 km, or 50 km moun­tain bike race which me­an­ders through Mapoch’s Caves and sur­round­ing ar­eas. En­try costs for the fes­ti­val will be R40 per per­son and R20 for pen­sion­ers and chil­dren aged two to 13 years.
