Cauliflower

Steam th­ese vi­ta­min B6rich and fo­late-packed flo­rets for a minute be­fore driz­zling with ghee, a type of but­ter from In­dia. Grill for a few min­utes on each side and sprin­kle with salt.

Bok Choy

High in vi­ta­min K for healthy blood clot­ting, bok choy makes for a unique side dish. Driz­zle with se­same oil and tamari, and sprin­kle with sea salt be­fore and af­ter grilling each side for 3 to 4 min­utes.

Brus­sels Sprouts

Skewer the high-fi­bre sprouts and dip in boil­ing wa­ter for a minute, be­fore grilling un­til out­side is crispy. Brush with olive oil and sprin­kle with sea salt.

Mush­rooms

Throw larger va­ri­eties on the grill and driz­zle with pis­ta­chio oil, a unique good-for-you fat (if avail­able, else olive oil). Salt and flip spar­ingly.

Sweet Potato
