Turmeric, gar­lic, and cin­na­mon may lower or main­tain blood pres­sure and choles­terol, and de­crease your risk of heart dis­ease. They also have an­tiox­i­dant, an­tivi­ral, and anti-di­a­betic prop­er­ties.
