Who is Uber accountable to?

Is Uber operating legally or illegally in Gauteng? Who is responsible for allowing Uber to operate? The provincial transport department is mum on the matter. Who can urgently clear up this matter? – KL Rakod

JZ, allies betray the masses

The ANC spends a lot of time praising its dead cadres instead of delivering services to the poor. President Jacob Zuma and his allies are moving in the opposite direction to the wishes of their dead comrades. –Tornado

Officials biased against Bucs

Orlando Pirates defeated Ajax Cape Town 1-0 on Tuesday night in a game referee Daniel Bennet and his assistants cannot be proud of. They disallowed two proper and legitimate goals by Bucs’ striker Thamsanqa Gabuza. The officials also did not punish any fouls on Pirates players. The SA Football Association should do something about this state of affairs if they are serious about uprooting corruption and incompetence from the local game. – Nathaniel Molokwane, Edenvale

Politicians, rich above the law

In South Africa politicians and the rich are above the law. They always get preferential treatment, but the law is quick to come down heavily on the poor and the marginalised. We must put a stop on this. – Anonymous
