MAMPARA OF THE WEEK
Theresa May Leading a country over a cliff
BRITISH Prime Minister Theresa May was only seven months into the job when she said of Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn: “He can lead a protest, I’m leading a country.”
She led her country, all right — straight into a Brexit quagmire of epic proportions when she lost an ill-timed snap election this week.
Undaunted, Mrs Maympara dusted off her leopard-print kitten heels and trotted off to the queen to get the nod for a new government.
In one of her other famous put-downs, she once said US President Donald Trump did not understand the UK. Turns out, neither did she.
