EFF commander-in-chief Julius Malema will lead his band of merry men and women on their quest for land reform when they introduce a motion on expropriation without compensation in parliament on Tuesday. While the party has not provided further information, Malema has already said President Cyril Ramaphosa was bluffing during his state of the nation address when he announced such a policy would be implemented this year.
