16 medium-sized jalapeño peppers 250ml (1 cup) milk chocolate chips 250ml (1 cup) dark chocolate chips 250ml (1 cup) cream, warmed 30ml (2 tbsp) peanut butter

2 eggs, lightly beaten

125ml (½ cup) milk

250ml (1 cup) dried breadcrumb­s 250ml (1 cup) desiccated coconut Oil for deep frying
