Not the first time

In 2001, when De Lille was PAC chief whip, she accused the national director of public prosecutions of conducting a witch-hunt against leaders of her party and of putting her in danger by subpoenaing her to substantiate claims that government officials were involved in the arms deal. She demanded that future hearings be held in public and the media be allowed to cover them.
