He has more than 20 years’ management experience in various industries and has a diploma from Taung Agricultural College and a BTech from Technikon Free State.

Old Mutual has appointed Celiwe Ross human capital director.

Ross, who has a BSc from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MBA from the University of Cape Town, has held investment banking roles with Standard Bank in South Africa, Ghana and Ivory Coast.
