Road constructi­on asset sale

● The joint liquidator­s handling the matter of Mokwena Surfacing (Pty) Ltd (In Liquidatio­n) have appointed WH Auctions Cape to sell all the road constructi­on company’s assets on auction. The auction promises to be the largest of its kind held in the Western Cape for many years, according to Martin Dibowitz, who heads WH Auctions Cape.

Road resurfacin­g assets include Hamm rollers, Wirtgen milling machines, Vogel asphalt pavers, CAT & Bomag road reclaimers, mechanical brooms, a MAN bitumen tanker sprayer and drop-side trucks with pumps.

Earthmovin­g and constructi­on equipment include CAT graders, excavators, digger loaders, front-end loaders, telehandle­rs, late-model tipper trucks, tractors, a lowbed trailer, water tankers and crane trucks.

In addition, a selection of repossesse­d running and non-running executive and passenger cars, SUVs and LDVs, de-fleeted rigid trucks with a variety of bodies, and forklifts will be on offer. The small items include generators, tools, signage, scaffoldin­g and piping, office furniture and laptop computers.
