● In “State bailouts for Sanral, SAA, SABC” (August 12) we incorrectly reported that the Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA) ran into financial problems last year after accumulating R3bn in debt, which affected its ability to pay its Lesotho Highlands Water Project debts. In fact, the TCTA has not defaulted on its debt obligations and is instead owed that amount of money.
