KPMG on the rack
Pravin Gordhan does not hold KPMG in high esteem, as he made clear after Thursday’s meeting with global chairman John Veihmeyer. The ousted finance minister gets the chance to twist the knife a little more when he joins a discussion about KPMG on Wednesday at the University of the Witwatersrand. How much worse can it get for a company that has lost clients, executives and much of its reputation as a result of its work for the Guptas? Gordhan’s replacement as finance minister, Malusi Gigaba, has also called for a criminal probe.
