Shetty pumped about fitness

AT 55, actor Suniel Shetty has redefined health and fitness for Indian men, and says it’s a great feeling.

“I am passionate about fitness and strongly believe that within us there is this champion who is willing to come out. It is only that inhibition that stops us.”

The actor is also happy that the younger generation is getting more focused on fitness.

Shetty has just launched a gym, SMAAASH Shivfitin, in collaboration with crossfit expert Shivoham.

Talking about it, he said: “It is a different gym because it’s about functional training… it is a very intense but electrifying atmosphere.” – IANS
