What DJ Sabby on his travels

Sunday Tribune - - TRAVEL - SHINGAI DARANGWA

YFM radio DJ, MC and media personality DJ Sabby has been around the block for a number of years now.

His drive-time show on YFM, the biggest young adult radio station in South Africa, has grown in leaps and bounds and shows no signs of letting up.

The 28-year-old is gradually growing his influence in other fields too, with ambitions of expanding his brand on television and reviving his stop-start music career next year. His work has also taken him across the world.

He shared these nuggets about his travels:

DJ Sabby’s travel necessities

I can’t travel without caps, sneakers, sunscreen, new travel apps and money to live my best life. I’m not really a person who packs according to the weather because I have issues trusting the weather forecast. So I’d rather overpack. My girl hates that about me because we always end up having more luggage than we need.

Five special places he’s visited in the world

MAURITIUS

That country is so beautiful and peaceful. An ideal destination to unwind or even go for your honeymoon. Not for a week or weekend away with the boys. Lol.
