OUR moegoes are the truck driver and the owner of two giraffes that were transported on the N1 this week.

One of the giraffes died on Thursday after its head hit a bridge on the highway.

Did the owner and driver not know that the giraffes are taller than an average highway bridge?

Pictures taken by a motorist who witnessed this show the two giraffes with their necks sticking out way above the trailer they were in.

It is apparently illegal to transport these animals in this manner, according to the SPCA.

The moegoes obviously need a brain transplant.
