An­swer: I run a gar­den bistro and wine-tast­ing bar, Café Re­set, and Hoppy’s Pad­dle Inn in Wharf Street.

A: I needed to keep my­self busy, and Café Re­set called, fol­lowed by a de­sire to share good wines with Port Al­fred lo­cals.

A: At Café Re­set, it was def­i­nitely the re­ac­tions to my Swahili sauce with prawns – a win­ner. In the wine-tast­ing bar, it would be light­ing “Hoppy” for the first time – to­tally smoked out but all good now. deal­ing with them hon­estly. A: Danc­ing.

A: They’ve not got it easy but hard work will get them there if they choose, no one is en­ti­tled! A: Quaint vil­lage life in stun­ning sur­round­ings.

A: All sorts – to dance to, re­lax to and mu­sic to sing to ... A: Elon Musk, Melissa McCarthy and Tim Price.

A: That law and or­der works to stem crime; for each and ev­ery per­son to value their space and peo­ple near them – love and kind­ness is the way; and that we once again be­come the bea­con of hope for the African con­ti­nent.
