Canada to make dagga legal

– Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Liberal Party will introduce legislation that would legalise the recreational use of marijuana by mid-2018.

Passage of the Bill would make Canada the first G7 country to legalise the recreational use of pot. The announcement prompted shares of companies producing cannabis for medical use to surge on the Toronto Stock Exchange. – AFP
