Ex-finance minister Gigaba attempted to bully the poorest of the poor into doing tax returns. He won’t get much sympathy from the public. Joe Moore

Prasa cost us our jobs. We buy tickets for a month to travel to our workplaces. Places where we earn money for food to put on our tables. But we get warnings every day until dismissal because of our daily transport. Paballo

The demand for hunting creates a supply of wild animals. This free market system has increased wildlife from paltry numbers in 1960 to 18 000 head of game today. Hunting has conserved millions of hectares of natural habitat. Why mess with that, Peter Bachtis? John

Danish citizens are arrested in SA for fraud. But why is it that our police don’t arrest all our government officials for corruption and theft? Go figure. LD

Ross, The Citizen is a pro-Lions newspaper. Only their players can play rugby. I agree 100% with you regarding Pollard. Shorty

Why is everyone picking on Cyril Ramaphosa’s son for being involved in the Bosasa deal. He did it all on his own. That’s how the ANC works. Is everyone being silly? Giorgos Petrou

Africa is so ignorant that they think they know it all, but very stupid in their deals with China, who laughs all the way to the bank while they invade Africa. Bee

How on earth do the rhinopoaching kingpins get “pocket money” bail? This is horrifying and makes a total mockery of all the good work antipoaching groups do. Cut off their horns. Anonymous

The majority of democratic countries base their constitution on religion. Swearing in of ministers ends along the lines of “so help me God”. Why, then, do most of these ministers lie at any opportunity, which is clearly against any religion? Ed
