Why would Mark Barnes tell an eTV journalist that he had more important things to see to than delivery of post?

I thought that delivery of post was one of the services of the SA Post Office?

Or didn’t he like the fact that it was showing the PO up? Yes, Christmas cards delivered in time for Valentine’s Day is not acceptable, Mr Barnes. Not everyone enjoys eCards!
