Two rapists get lengthy terms

North West police yesterday welcomed two separate life sentences handed to two men convicted of rape and murder.

Police spokesperson Colonel Sabata Mokgwabone said Wanda Ngwane, 28, was sentenced to two life terms at the Klerksdorp Regional Court on Monday.

David Mahlangu, 25, was on Friday sentenced to two life terms by the North West High Court, sitting in Mogwase, for rape and murder. – ANA
