Iran vows revenge on US

– Iranian President Hassan Rowhani pledged to retaliate against the US if it enacts new sanctions against the Islamic republic.

“We will take any step we deem necessary in line with the interests of our country, and we would continue our path without paying attention to their sanctions and policies,” Rowhani said.

He said his country will be able to cope with new sanctions as it has with previous ones. – DPA
