The Citizen (KZN) - - WORLD - Athens

– Greece is “worried” by the revival of a territorial dispute by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the eve of his historic state visit.

Erdogan called for “improvements” to how airspace and waters between the two countries are delineated in the Aegean Sea, in a television interview a day before he arrives in Greece yesterday in the first official visit by a Turkish president in 65 years.

“The interview with Erdogan raises serious worries and questions,” said Greek government spokesperson Dimitris Tzanakopoulos on Wednesday. – AFP
