Snake in cruise mode

A BIZARRE video has emerged of a man driving down a US motorway with a snake slithering across his windscreen.

The footage, captured on a road in South Carolina last month, shows the unexpected passenger slinking out from under the vehicle’s bonnet as the driver continues to drive on.

The reptile first makes for the roof, but is blown back down. It then tries to head around the side of the vehicle over the side mirror.

The disconcerting sight was captured by the driver on his cellphone. – The Telegraph
