How to brush your teeth correctly

The Independent on Saturday - - HEALTH -

NEVER brush your teeth horizontally, warns dentist Dr Georgios Sotiropoulos.

By doing so, you risk dragging the toothbrush along your gum line and damaging your teeth in the process.

Instead, place your bristles at a 45-degree angle at the gum line and brush up and down with short, circular strokes.

Angle the brush vertically to clean the inside surfaces of your front teeth. – Mail On Sunday
