ZIM BUS CRASH KILLS 47
FORTY-SEVEN people were killed in Zimbabwe when two long-distance buses collided head-on.
The buses, identified as Smart Express and Bolt Cutter, crashed on Wednesday near Rusape, 138km east of Harare.
National police spokesperson, assistant commissioner Paul Nyathi, said 30 bodies had been identified.
The local government morgue has run out of space and has appealed for assistance from private mortuaries.
It was not clear how many were injured. Police are investigating the cause of the collision along a stretch of road that had been resurfaced. | African News Agency
