Severe weather warning
SOUTH Africans have been warned to brace themselves for stormy weather in parts of the country until tomorrow.
“A steep upper air trough will result in wet, windy and cold weather with possible snow on the southern high ground,” the South African Weather Service said.
Disruptive snowfalls are expected over the Winterberg and the southern Drakensberg. Heavy rain is also expected in KwaZulu-Natal.
Severe thunderstorms are expected in Limpopo, Mpumalanga and the Free State while Gauteng will be partly cloudy with scattered thundershowers.
