Water is life
ON MONDAY, September 18, the world comes together to put water quality on top of the agenda and brings its importance to the fore by celebrating World Water Monitoring Day.
Basically, it’s about water quality and the protection of the world’s water resources. The day is a reminder that it’s time to check your water and a way to make sure everyone has access to clean fresh water. Quality water is critical for a healthy nation.
This means we must strive to have healthy and fresh water in our water resources to ensure a healthy environment and communities. We need to keep our water resources clean and healthy by not polluting them and to protect them from any pollutants and alien objects.
Let us protect our water resources and refrain from polluting them to ensure we all have access to fresh, clean and high quality water for the benefit of all living beings and the environment. Water is life and has no substitute.
