Mar­i­nated Chicken Wings

1. 2 doz. chicken wings 2. 150ml bot­tle soy sauce 3. 2 tbsp. brown sugar 4. 1 tsp. Di­jon mus­tard 5. 1/2 tsp. gar­lic pow­der

Method

1. Cut chicken wings in half. 2. Mar­i­nate in re­main­ing mix­ture for 1/2 hour. 3. Bake at 350 de­grees for 1 hour or un­til mar­i­nate is thick. Turn

once. 4. Serves 6 to 10. 5. COMMENT: May be frozen in mari­nade. Bake af­ter de­frost­ing.
