RACHEL Wil­liams-Mel­low has been de­scribed as a strong woman, a bril­liant teacher and a pil­lar of the Eer­sterus church and com­mu­nity in Tsh­wane.

Her death was yes­ter­day called a huge loss to the Gaut­eng ed­u­ca­tion sys­tem.

Credit was given to the Eer­sterus Sec­ondary School English teacher for her con­tri­bu­tion to last year’s 90 per­cent ma­tric pass rate, and the school was en­cour­aged in her mem­ory to up­hold and
