Stander case postponed
THE TRIAL of the taxi driver who allegedly knocked over and killed mountain biker Burry Stander was postponed yesterday. The matter would resume on February 12, next year. The postponement was to allow Njabulo Nyawose to obtain funds to pay his defence counsel, said KwaZulu-Natal NPA spokeswoman, Natasha Ramkisson-Kara. Nyawose allegedly knocked down Stander, 25, while he was cycling in Shelley Beach last year.
