A neighbour’s cable problem switches off lights in Naturena

I have been without electricity for nearly three weeks.
I have called and received a whole lot of reference numbers, but nothing is being done.
I live in Naturena Extension 19 and I am the only one in my street without electricity.
Every time I call, I am told my query is being prioritised, but still, nothing is being done.
I am sent from pillar to post, which is really frustrating me now.
I have a whole trail of references; however, they are not assisting me in any way.
I have spent so much money on airtime, phoning the call centre, that I now am totally depleted. Please help. SINIVASAN WRITES AGAIN: The problem was with the cable outside my neighbour’s yard and it has been resolved.
There was nothing wrong on my property.
