Rob­shaw ruled out of Six Na­tions

ENG­LAND flanker and for­mer cap­tain Chris Rob­shaw has been ruled out of the Six Na­tions af­ter his club Har­lequins said he would be side­lined for three months fol­low­ing shoul­der surgery yes­ter­day. Grand Slam win­ners Eng­land will play their first game against France at Twick­en­ham on 4 Fe­bru­ary with the tour­na­ment end­ing on 18 March. “Chris Rob­shaw will un­dergo surgery on his left shoul­der to­day to re­pair an in­jury sus­tained in the match against Worces­ter War­riors on New Year’s day,” Har­lequins said in a state­ment.
