Who is the fastest of them all?
EVER wondered which series produces the best racing drivers in the world?
The annual Race of Champions (ROC) brings together some of the hottest driving talent from various top-tier racing formulas across the globe to answer this question, and this year it moves to the USA for the first time.
The 2017 event takes place in Miami this weekend with talents like F1 superstars Sebastian Vettel (a former ROC winner), Felipe Massa, David Coulthard and Jenson Button pitted against multiple Le Mans 24 Hour winner Tom Kristensen, World Rally star Petter Solberg, and Indy 500 winner Helio Castroneves.
Also in the mix are Nascar drivers Kyle and Kurt Busch, former F1 and Indy driver Juan Pablo Montoya, Indy and F1 reserve driver Alexander Rossi, and rallycross star and stuntman Travis Pastrana, among others.
They will compete against each other in identical racing cars including the Ariel Atom, Radical SR3 and KTM X-Bow.
On Saturday the drivers will compete for individual glory while on Sunday they will pair up in the ROC Nations Cup to compete for the title of World’s Fastest Nation.
