My online order took forever to arrive
I ORDERED some goods from One Day Only – an internet site. That was on December 22.
Thus far the website says the order is being processed.
Attempts to contact the company have proved futile.
You simply get a standard e-mail that its “uber- friendly” staff will be contacting you shortly, but that never happens.
There is no telephone number, only an e-mail.
I don’t know how to proceed from here.
Previously the company’s orders arrived within seven working days. Dr Ismail Abdullah Response: It looks like they took your contact a bit more seriously and sent me an e-mail that the goods have been dispatched today and I should receive it on Thursday.
The company did apologise for its tardy service.
