My on­line or­der took for­ever to ar­rive

I OR­DERED some goods from One Day Only – an in­ter­net site. That was on De­cem­ber 22.

Thus far the web­site says the or­der is be­ing pro­cessed.

At­tempts to con­tact the com­pany have proved fu­tile.

You sim­ply get a stan­dard e-mail that its “uber- friendly” staff will be con­tact­ing you shortly, but that never hap­pens.

There is no tele­phone num­ber, only an e-mail.

I don’t know how to pro­ceed from here.

Pre­vi­ously the com­pany’s or­ders ar­rived within seven work­ing days. Dr Is­mail Ab­dul­lah Re­sponse: It looks like they took your con­tact a bit more se­ri­ously and sent me an e-mail that the goods have been dis­patched to­day and I should re­ceive it on Thurs­day.

The com­pany did apol­o­gise for its tardy ser­vice.
