Your petrol and diesel bill are to rise again

THE RETAIL price of petrol in South Africa will rise by 2 percent from February 1, and the price of wholesale diesel will go up by 1.8 percent, the energy department said on Friday. The price of 95 octane petrol will rise by 29 cents to R13.62 per litre and 93 octane the same amount to R13.38 a litre in the commercial hub of Gauteng, while diesel will go up by 21c to R11.63 a litre, the department said. – Reuters
