Toll of Saudi-led strike
SANA’A: Saudi-led coalition air strikes killed nine civilians, including two women, in the Serwah district of the the central Yemeni province of Marib on Monday, local residents and officials said. Another four villagers were wounded.
The incident was videotaped by the residents. Serwah and several adjacent areas are under the control of Houthi rebels. This is the latest in a series of airstrikes that have hit Yemeni civilians since the war began in March, 2015.
Last week, a total of 25 Yemeni civilians were killed when a Saudiled coalition warplane struck a market in Yemen’s northern province of Saada. Xinhua –
