SOUNDS LIKE LOVE

IDOLS season 11 runner up, Mmatema Moremi has released her first single that’s all about love. The young star, who was a firm fan favourite during her time on the Mnet singing competition, told The Star last year that her new music would be inspirational. “Not strictly Gospel because Gospel is about living for the Kingdom and I’m a musician who sings about the Gospel.” The single Ke Lerato is produced by Tshepo Gavu and written by Moremi. The star said she was hesitant at first to write a love song, but as soon as she heard the melody, she put it to pen and paper and started writing a thank you letter to God for all the love he has shown to her and all the people around her. The single will be released and ready for download on all major digital platforms this week. “There is a message for every season in one’s life and right now this season’s message is about love. Ke Lerato!” said Moremi.
