THE City of Joburg has advised its customers that services will be limited at its customer service centres due to the end of the financial year.

City spokesperson Kgamanyane Maphologela said the limited services were due to its computer SAP system, which was currently not fully functional.

“The system will only be available for logging of queries until further notice.

“This is part of the business cycle that occurs annually when the city concludes its financial year and prepares to start a new one,” says Maphologela.

He added that the city apologised to its customers for any inconvenience caused, and thanked customers for their patience.

Maphologela said customers could still pay their accounts using third-party payment methods, using any of the listed methods below:

With EasyPay, facilitating a quick payment option at many shops that you visit regularly, including Pick n Pay and Shoprite Checkers
