SHARKS V LIONS PREVIOUSLY

TOMORROW’S Currie Cup meeting between the Sharks and Lions in Durban will be the sixth in the last four years. In 2015, the Lions won both matches – 31-16 and 26-18, away and home respectively – while last year the Joburgers also won, 28-16. The Durbanites, however, dominated the meetings last year. They won both clashes – 24-10 at home and 47-31 away. So far this year, the Lions have won three of four matches, while the Sharks are three-from-three.
